We donβ€˜t have a 14-day return policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR CANCELATIONS.

THIS IS DUE TO OUR BUSINESS MODEL, WHERE WE OPERATE WITH CLOSED SITE AND ONE TIME DROP WITH NO RESTOCKS.

IF A PACKAGE IS SENT BACK TO US, CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR IT TO BE SHIPPED AGAIN.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This only applies if the product itself is damaged. No refund will be issued if the product packaging is damaged.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If the buyer fails to collect the parcel from the post office within the designated timeframe, it will be automatically returned to us at our expense. Any associated costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be covered by us.
